Recognition Award

The Planning Committee is now accepting nominations for the 2019 Circle of Harmony HIV/AIDS Wellness Conference Award to be given during the conference, March 26-28, 2019. The purpose of the award is to recognize an individual for their outstanding contributions that decrease vulnerability to HIV/AIDS and protect the rights and dignity of those infected and affected.

To nominate an individual, please submit a nomination form and a one page supporting document that describes the contribution your nominee has made in addressing the HIV/AIDS issues in tribal communities. Nominations and supporting documentation are due by December 14, 2018.
