Early Registration: $75 until November 30, 2016
*To guarantee Early Registration Fee, payment must be postmarked by November 30, 2016. If not, the Regular Registration Fee will be applied to individual registrations.
Regular Registration: $100 until February 28, 2017
*To guarantee Regular Registration Fee, payment must be postmarked by February 28, 2017. If not, the On-site Registration Fee will be applied to individual registrations.
On-site Registration: $125 from March 1 through end of conference
A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 14 days before the conference. No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the first day of the conference.
Please note: No refunds will be given after April 5, 2017.
Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
