Anne Marlow-Geter, MPH, is currently the HIV/STI Prevention Education Coordinator, for the New Mexico Public Education Department in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Anne has been working for the State of New Mexico since 2012, previously serving as the HIV Services Program (Ryan White Part B) Program Manager for four years. Prior to moving back to New Mexico, she worked at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for 11 years in the HIV/STI Prevention Program. In all, she has been working in the field of HIV/STI prevention for over 18 years, specializing in community planning, program evaluation and delivery, and grant development. Anne has been a member of numerous HIV/STI coalitions and planning groups throughout the years and was the mayor-appointed representative for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to the Denver Title I Planning Council for HIV Resources from 2004 – 2006. Anne also participated on numerous state and national conference planning committees, including the first National Sexual Heath Conference and several of New Mexico’s Annual HIV & HCV Update Conferences.
