B.A. Laris, MPH, has been working in HIV prevention since the early 1990s across the US and in Africa providing direct service, outreach, training, technical assistance and capacity building assistance. She has worked with ETR for over 17 years and is been passionate in her role as a CDC-funded CBA provider for many years with ETR's Tabono Project and Community Impact Solutions Project. She focuses on providing CBA and training related to the strategic use of social media, monitoring and evaluation, retention and recruitment, organizational development, and linkage to care. She is experienced planning, developing and coordinating evaluation activities in a variety of settings. She has worked with native communities in Wisconsin and Minnesota to support their programs' shift to high impact prevention. BA has been an active member of the National Native American HIV/AIDS Awareness Day Committee for the past 3 years.
